Today, while I was in the middle of firmly telling Nolan to stop calling me, he had the audacity to hang up in my face. When I immediately called back on the exact number they used to harass me, the representative lied and claimed they "couldn't find my number in the database." You just called me. Do not insult my intelligence. This behavior aligns perfectly with my previous experience with State Farm. After 50+ years of loyalty, my family was dropped for a single accident where we weren't even at fault. Between the corporate betrayal and this local agent’s predatory phone harassment, I will never do business with them again. Avoid this agency at all costs."
